Don Young CV

Don Young was a director of Redland plc from 1994-1998 and Thorn EMI from 1982 until 1990.
He is chairman and co-founder of three successful consultancies; YSC Ltd, the largest global business psychology company; Value Partnership Llp, an organisation and change consultancy, and Woodbridge Partners Llp, specialising in the social enterprise sector.
His interests are writing, business research, social enterprise and growing vegetables.
Don and his wife Charlotte own a converted wooden all-weather lifeboat in which they go adventuring to far-flung places
